Returns and Refunds

Our aim is to provide you with the very best whisky available and to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

However, we know sometimes things don’t always go to plan despite the best of intentions.

If there’s a problem with your purchase please contact us as quickly as possible via our ‘contact us’ page so we can help.

If you’ve received the wrong product please refrain from opening the bottle and return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Faulty products will be replaced subject to availability or refunded, but they must be returned to us for inspection – we need to know what’s gone wrong so we can be sure it won’t happen again.

Once you’ve been in touch we’ll provided you with the correct address to send your items to depending on the issue you’ve experienced.

We cannot replace or refund items that have been opened unless the product has ‘spoilt’ – sometimes corks can go bad and taint the product, much like wine, but you won’t know until you’ve opened the bottle. If this happens, we will replace the product or provide a refund once we have verified this is the case.

If the product has been altered by you in anyway then you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We know our whisky back to front and can apply suitable testing.

Likewise, if it’s not to your taste we cannot replace an open item. However we are confident in the quality of whisky and we believe our tasting notes provide you with the information you need to make a choice that suits your palette.

We will try to replace your product if requested (and subject to eligibility as described above) but due to the limited nature of our bottlings we cannot guarantee there will be available stock to do so. In such cases will provide a refund or, if preferred and if available, a product of the same value.

If you receive your purchase but you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return it for a refund within 14 days as long as it is in perfect condition with an untampered seal.

Refunds and replacements can only be provided one we have received the original product for inspection.
